This section is the hardest to write. How to sum up everything in a couple of paragraphs?
Let’s start with why I’m here in the blog space. I love to talk and I have a lot to say!
I love food, learning how our unique bodies are affected by food, and talking about food. I love hearing from other people how food affects them!
I love talking to people, hearing their stories, and helping them gain clarity in some areas they may be struggling.
I love movement. Yoga, weight lifting, sprinting, walking, and HIIT.
Meditation and mindfulness have become a huge part of my life. I am constantly turning inward to examine my own thoughts and emotions.
This blog will end up being a mixture of nutrition, life coaching, meditation and mindset, and movement.
I’m a certified Health Coach (with a hint of Life Coaching!) and am currently working my way through Yoga Teacher Training.
